Doug Stewart

I’ve been helping businesses with websites, search engine optimization, and digital marketing since 1998. I’ve spent most of my adult life helping small businesses grow. I've helped businesses in small towns to businesses in Dallas and Houston.

I get a kick out of seeing a business get more phone calls and more emails from potential new customers from the work we do. When someone tells me how busy they are getting, it feels great knowing we were a big part of the success they’re experiencing.

When I’m not working, one of my favorite things is manning the grill or the smoker. I’m also a Dallas Cowboys, and OKC Thunder fan. Christi, my wife, and I live within a couple of miles of Texas A&M University.

Kim Devaras

I am proudly from the Philippines. I started working at DSC Web Services in 2021 as a Marketing Virtual Assistant. My primary responsibilities included creating high-quality blog posts and optimizing content to help improve clients’ online visibility and search engine rankings. As someone who is always eager to grow professionally and continuously improve my skills, with Doug's support, I was able to learn new areas within digital marketing. Over the years, I expanded my expertise beyond content writing and became involved in social media marketing and client account management.

Of course, maintaining a healthy work-life balance is also very important to me. Outside of work, I make sure to find time to relax, unwind, and explore new places whenever I can. Traveling and spending time with family and friends help me recharge and stay motivated. I believe that taking time to enjoy life outside of work allows me to return with a more positive mindset, greater creativity, and better productivity in everything I do.

Kristen Conger

Most people call me Kristie. I joined DSC Web Services in 2025 with a background in content creation, digital marketing, and general SEO strategies. One of the things I love most about this field is the variety. One day I might be working with a travel agency, and the next I’m working with a tech firm or marketing inflatable bounce houses. Every client is different, which keeps the work interesting and gives me the chance to constantly learn new industries and strategies.

Outside of DSC, I work part-time as a Pre-K teacher because I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids. Whether we’re making crafts, singing songs, or learning through play, they bring so much energy and joy into my life. It’s a great balance to the digital world and helps keep me creative, grounded, and always ready to learn something new.
