SMS Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: August 5, 2026
Last Updated: August 5, 2026
These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text messaging program (the “Program”) offered by DSC Web Services Incorporated (“DSC Web Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to these SMS Terms, our Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
The Program may include recurring automated or non-automated text messages concerning:
- promotional offers and marketing communications;
- follow-up regarding inquiries, quote requests, and potential services;
- appointment confirmations and reminders;
- service-related updates; and
- responses to messages you send us about these topics.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with DSC Web Services and the types of messages you have agreed to receive.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
The Program is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and have a valid United States mobile telephone number. By enrolling, you represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
You may enroll by affirmatively selecting an optional consent checkbox on our Website or chat widget, or by signing another written agreement that contains an SMS consent disclosure. Merely providing a telephone number, submitting a form, or using our Website does not by itself enroll you in recurring promotional text messages.
By enrolling, you provide your written consent to receive recurring text messages from or on behalf of DSC Web Services at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. DSC Web Services does not charge a separate fee to participate in the Program, but you are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out of recurring Program messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. We may also recognize customary opt-out keywords such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. Your opt-out request will apply to recurring automated messages sent as part of the Program.
After you opt out, we may send one non-promotional text confirming that your request was received and processed. We will not send additional Program messages unless you provide new consent. You may also revoke consent through another reasonable method by contacting us at support@dsc-webservices.com or (979) 351-9400 and clearly asking us to stop texting the affected mobile number.
If you later wish to receive Program messages again, you must complete a new enrollment or otherwise provide new consent.
5. Help
For assistance, reply HELP to a Program message, email support@dsc-webservices.com, or call (979) 351-9400.
6. Delivery and Mobile Carriers
Text message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or undelivered because of carrier availability, network conditions, device compatibility, filtering, or other circumstances outside our control. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for keeping your mobile number current. If you change, deactivate, or transfer your number, you should opt out before doing so or notify us promptly so that messages are not sent to another person.
7. Privacy and Service Providers
We handle personal information associated with the Program as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell mobile telephone numbers or SMS consent information. We do not share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
We may disclose information to vendors, telecommunications providers, carriers, aggregators, and other service providers—including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector—only as reasonably necessary to operate the Program, deliver messages, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with law. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and safety.
8. Program Changes or Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any of its features at any time. We may also update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last Updated” date above. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain new consent before a material change takes effect.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” DSC Web Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free message delivery.
The warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability in our Terms and Conditions apply to the Program. Nothing in these SMS Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Governing Terms and Law
These SMS Terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions. If these SMS Terms conflict with the general Terms and Conditions concerning the Program, these SMS Terms will control.
These SMS Terms are governed by Texas law. Subject to applicable law, disputes concerning the Program will be resolved exclusively in the state courts located in Brazos County, Texas, or the United States District Court with jurisdiction over Brazos County, Texas, as provided in our general Terms and Conditions.
